Last Spring, we noticed a house near our home in the Credit Woodlands area that was for sale. My wife called you as the listing agent, to ask some basic questions about the house and to see if we could have a look...

Whenever we look at how professionals measure themselves against industry standards,
they look at Key Performance Indicators. In the Real Estate business, you probably look
